Consorcio Textil Vianny SAC completed the transfer of its weaving area in Lima to the company's headquarters in Chilca, with the aim of concentrating the production lines of knitted fabrics in a single factory. A decision framed in the plan of restructuring and improvement of the competitiveness of the company. The decision to concentrate the activity of both plants, explains Víctor Graus, General Manager of the company, is essential to rationalize the production of knitted fabric, "If we dye indigo in Chilca, the logistics part is a bit complicated, bring it to Lima , Knit it and return it again to finish it. " The result of the commitment to provide stability to the future of the business, is the consequence "15 days of delay in our production, but we wait for the last days, and, to level everything. A pause in sustained and sustainable growth," Graus explains. Therefore, added the general manager that will increase the production of fabric, "we presented a balance of 120 tons per month, and by the end of February we expect to pass the 200". In the search to offer 100% Peruvian quality fabric, Consorcio Textil Vianny SAC implemented the branch service in its fabric finishing line, available since September. Vianny acquires 19 Terrot machines
